Our 6 inch gyro comes with the following ingredients on them, pita bread, lamb meat, onions, tomato, Gyro King's Special Tzatziki sauce, our pita bread is warmed and comes in 6" and 8" size, we cook our Lamb meat slowly on our rotisserie oven turn it slowly and cooking it slowly to hold in the juices and flavor of the meat, it is a constant 160 degrees, we use a Lamb and Beef meat compressed in to a cone, as the meat cooks we slice off pieces of meat to make the gyro after customer orders, once the cone of meat is placed on the rotisserie it is never removed until it is gone, the meat is constantly cooking. we slice off thin cuts of meat and place inside the warmed pita bread, adding fresh tomato's and onions, our vegetables are fresh and crispy, our special Tzatziki sauce is a specialty of our food truck, it is a blend of Greek yogurt with all our special spices added in at a precise measurement insuring our sauce is the same every time you order.
